By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Subscriptions are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial usage outside of stated policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Promptheon. You retain ownership of any distinct, novel prompts you create and store privately. Public templates provided on the feed are available for use based on standard royalty-free permissions unless otherwise noted.

5. Usage Limits

Free tier accounts are subject to daily rate limits (e.g., 5 copies per day) to maintain platform stability. Attempting to bypass these limits through automated scraping or alternate accounts is a violation of these Terms.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the website or your registered email address.
